My collaboration with Bar Publica is one of my most meaningful projects, because this isn't just a restaurant, it's a community built on great food and a kitchen culture rooted in dignity.

A familiar name in Portland's culinary scene, Medlock is the former co-founder of beloved restaurant Papi as well as Boss Hoggs. Medlock will ground his menu in his Puerto Rican heritage as well incorporate the shared histories of his diverse kitchen team.
